This is by no means an exhaustive list but the below case studies will provide you with a flavour of the programmes and methodologies that we've designed and delivered.

Increasing the rate of scaling start ups

Designed to increase the rate of Scaling Start-ups in the North East of England. Research used to inform the design of High Potential Start-ups identified that, start-ups who scaled beyond £1million in their first three years of trading held common characteristics. 


  • They had a cofounder
  • They were self-financing
  • The founders had experience working in business 

In addition, it was identified that 54% of workers in the North East had the aspiration to start a business yet only 1% did. 


This led to the creation of a targeted campaign to encourage more employees to explore their business aspirations alongside a pre start accelerator. 


Results: 

  • 305 Expressions of Interest
  • 90 founding teams accepted onto the accelerator
  • 58 scaling start up businesses created
  • 99 jobs created (year 1)
  • 50% female and Black and Minority Ethnic founders

Identifying business potential

In less than 5 minutes and based on answering 5 simple questions, all which capture ‘top of mind’ information, the entrepreneurial profiling tool accurately profiles a business’s current competitive position and their future potential.   


The methodology captures and presents data that allows business support agencies to accurately segment the businesses that they are engaged with, enabling them to effectively target communications and service delivery based on what will deliver impact and competitive shifts - for instance allowing the identification of businesses who may have the potential to export.

Creating High Performance People and Businesses

Enabling people, teams, and organisations to achieve high performance through entering a sustained state of FLOW


High Performance FLOW enables people to tune into and harness the productive behaviours, emotions, habits and actions that move them closer towards their desired future and to manage and eradicate the unproductive behaviours (and self sabotage) that move them further away from their desired future.  


We work with participants to develop the foundations for High Performance across four levels: 

  1. You: becoming the best version of yourself.
  2. Team: developing high performance in others. 
  3. Organisation: creating high performance cultures. 
  4. Ecosystem: collaborating to deliver collective competitiveness.
